- Issues with capitalization, grammar (commas, hyphenation, etc.), and homophones, homonyms, and homographs
- Contextual errors concerning content, names, dates, and misused words
- Transcript-specific formatting issues and state-based guidelines as they apply
- Proper use and spelling of legal, medical, technical, and industry-specific terms
- Consistency with attorney names, address, contact information, dates, exhibits, and time stamps
- Court reporter preferences
When working with me at Reinhard Proofreading, reporters have the option to fill out a preference sheet and will received annotated pages via email on PDF, and a completed and accurate transcript on time EVERY time.

The Work & Deliverable
- Email your scoped transcript in PDF (Files sent in ASCII can be converted, but PDF is requested and preferred)
- Receive a job receipt confirming the transcript has been received
- Corrections are made on the PDF with errors highlighted in yellow and annotations/corrections or notes typed in red
- Corrected/Annotated pages are returned (Errata sheet substitution or in addition to PDF available upon request)

Billing & Payment
- New clients will receive invoice following completion and return of deliverable. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice.
- Regular clients will receive invoices based on their chosen schedule (on the 1st and 15th of the month, once a month, after each job, etc.), excluding weekend and holiday days that fall on these dates. Payment is due within 30 days.
- Payment is accepted through PayPal, Stripe, Credit/Debit Card, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle.
- Split payments will not be accepted.
